CCEDU’s structure comprises of four organs and a series of task forces established as and when necessary. Membership Platform: This is an all inclusive meeting of various stakeholders who subscribe to CCEDU’s core vision and mission. This is a forum for exchange, learning, dialogue and collective accountability. The Membership Platform is convened as and when need arises. Members of the platform are required to sign up in the CCEDU membership register, thereby giving mandate to CCEDU to undertake its core agenda. Advisory Board of twelve (12): This is a representative body of various interest configurations from the membership including, women, youth, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), farmers, students, the media, Persons Living With HIV/AIDS, faith based groups, development workers, the private sector, the elderly, workers and trade unions. The key role of the board is to oversee the work of the platform. The board is responsible for the supervision and where necessary provides support to the CCEDU secretariat. The Executive Committee: The Executive Committee is a technical support organ for the CCEDU Coordination Center. It is the founding technical team of the CCEDU concept. The main role of the Executive Committee is to support the Coordination Centre with the day to day running of CCEDU. Support from the Executive Committee takes the form of strategic thinking and action, outreach, fundraising, public relations, monitoring and implementation. Coordination Centre: This unit is responsible for the coordination of collective engagement of CCEDU. This center spearheads the core functionalities of the coalition including day to day CCEDU operations. For day to day management and supervision, the Secretariat reports to the Executive Committee however there is a requirement for the Secretariat to report to the CCEDU Advisory Board at the quarterly CCEDU joint Executive/Advisory Board meetings. Task and Support Teams: These are established as and when need arises to respond to specific citizen concerns. CCEDU Organogram:
